Bismarck Builders Exchange, Inc. (BBX) formally Construction Plans Exchange of Bismarck-Mandan, Inc., was established in January 1977 and is the largest member-owned and only Builder’s Exchange in Bismarck, ND. Our ONLY business is to serve our members!
Bismarck Builders Exchange, Inc. (BBX) is located on the second floor of the Airport Road Complex, at 215 Airport Rd STE 202, in Bismarck, ND 58504. BBX members are welcome to use our plan rooms to accommodate all of their plan reviews and estimating needs while planning for current and upcoming projects. Bismarck Builders Exchange, Inc. offers air-conditioned estimating rooms, ample parking, and accommodations to make plan, print, and specification copies, as well as scans.
The Exchange also has a computer workstation with internet access. The Exchange office is open
Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed on major holidays.
As a chance for our members to network, as well as let their hair down a little bit, Bismarck Builders Exchange, Inc. hosts a Summer Picnic (usually in August) and also a Christmas Social (usually in December) for our members. Each member company is entitled to one FREE adult picnic ticket (additional tickets available for purchase), and the Christmas social is an open-door event, available FREE to all member companies and their employees (21 and over).
